Managing Director
Mr. Orlando Otero is the Managing
Director at Omugen. He has a wealth of experience in design, complex problem solving and identifying company high performance measures.
Mr. Otero has been granted four patents for his innovative designs and is a licensed Professional Engineer [PE] in Florida, Ohio, and Puerto Rico. He was also selected as 2021 Emerging Leader by “Colegio de Ingenieros y Agrimensores de Puerto Rico”.
